We're looking for a motivated litigation paralegal to join our team and support several attorneys. Manage, organize, and retrieve large volumes of hard copy and electronic documents. Conduct legal research and fact-gathering, utilizing resources like Westlaw. Stay current with court dockets, calendared litigation, and administrative agency hearing dates. Prepare and process court and administrative filings, including e-filing. Requirements: Minimum of three years of prior experience as a litigation paralegal. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and eDiscovery software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and legal software applications.
