Position: Dishwasher We are honored to share our story with every guest, and the Dishwasher plays an essential role in making that possible. Working closely with our Sous Chef and kitchen team, this position ensures the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency that support the heart of our culinary operations. The ideal candidate brings attention to detail, reliability, and pride in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and consistency. By keeping our kitchen running smoothly, the Dishwasher contributes directly to the quality and integrity of every dish we serve.  Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of professional restaurant or kitchen experience Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy kitchen environment Reliability in following directions and maintaining consistent standards Schedule: Evening shifts 3:00 pm - 11 pm  Attire: Black non-slip kitchen shoes and black pants (no jeans) Hair must be pulled back and covered at all times Natural nails that are kept short, clean, and free from polish No hanging jewelry; stud earrings and wedding bands are permitted Makeup kept to a minimum About You: Reliable and supportive; attendance and punctuality is high priority Keeps a positive attitude in high stress situations with strong problem-solving skills Works expeditiously while maintaining quality; adaptable to varying deadline-driven needs Maintains high expectations for self; a continual learner that is always seeking growth To apply for this position, serious candidates only: Please send your resume and a cover letter including why you want to work at Dakar NOLA to: > with the subject line: Dishwasher.
