Regal Executive Search Logo Website Website true M&A Tax Manager - Senior Manager One International Place, Boston, MA 02110, US Job Number: 2771 Job Description M&A Tax Manager The Transaction Advisory Services Tax Manager is an essential team member responsible for ensuring timely execution of engagements, exceeding client expectations, and supporting the national TAS strategy. Our M&A Tax (TAS) practice includes deal structuring, due diligence, post-deal integration, tax attribute management, and opinions and rulings. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in Taxation, or Masters in Taxation from an accredited university. CPA License and/or J.D. preferred. Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant experience, with one (1) year in TAS preferred. Software Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred. Skills & Abilities: Experience managing multiple client engagements, excellent communication skills, ability to articulate complex information, self-motivated, technically competent across US federal, international, and state income tax disciplines, knowledge of federal, state, and foreign tax regimes, understanding of US GAAP, experience with tax controversy, and willingness to travel.
