License to practice law in California2. 3+ years experience working in an employment law firm3. Excellent computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft word/google calendar4. Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills5. Experience taking and defending depositions6. Trial experience preferred7.
