Patent Litigation Associate (AM Law 100)3-4 days onsiteRole:You will assist in representing clients in patent disputes, including infringement lawsuits, validity challenges, and related proceedings.Responsibilities:Case Management: Assist in all phases of patent litigation, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on patent law, prior art, and relevant case precedents to support case strategies.Drafting Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses, as well as settlement agreements and other legal documents.Court Appearances: Participate in hearings, depositions, and potentially trials under the supervision of senior attorneys.Qualifications:Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is required.Experience: 2–5 years of experience in patent litigation or intellectual property law (varies by firm; entry-level candidates may be considered with strong credentials).Technical Background: Undergraduate degree or work experience in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, life sciences) is highly preferred due to the complex nature of patent pensation:$230-390k + bonusA competitive compensation package will be available for this position including Base Salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, career growth programs, and much more!How to Apply:Please send your resume to add me on LinkedIn!I look forward to working with you!Chris McFarlandLiberty Personnel Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
