Chief Financial Officer

Our client is an IT consulting firm that focuses on the Financial Services marketplace, including Payments, Mortgages & Lending, Capital Markets, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Wealth & Asset Management, etc. They currently have over 200 employees worldwide and are in need of a CFO to lead their operations based out of Anaheim, California. IMPORTANT: LOCAL LOS ANGELES CANDIDATES ONLY This role will offer a base salary likely between $XXK and $XXK, plus bonus. Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA strongly preferred. Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior finance leadership role, such as CFO or VP of Finance, within the technology consulting and IT services industry. Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience leading M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration. Experience working with foreign currencies and across multiple time zones. Experience in leading and managing comprehensive ERP transitions, including planning, implementation, and optimization, with systems such as Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, etc. Experience working for a rapidly scaling company with revenues of $60 million or more. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and creating shareholder value. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
