About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager-Product Marketing to join our growing Product Marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy, creating messaging & positioning, driving product launches and delivering sales enablement for Innovaccer’s Solutions and Platform. This role will report to the AVP of PMM at Innovaccer and you will work closely with product management, sales, customer success and marketing teams to execute your responsibilities.A Day in the LifeConduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trendsCreate compelling messaging and positioning for our products, translating complex technical features into clear value propositions for the healthcare industryLead product launches, including creating messaging, communications, sales enablement decks, and customer facing assets for all solutionsBuild excellent customer facing collaterals such as first call decks, whitepapers, blogs, and moreCreate content for Innovaccer events, industry events, webinars, and moreCollaborate with demand generation and content marketing teams to create impactful marketing campaignsDevelop and deliver sales trainings, including Sales Plays, product demos, sales resources and morePartner with product management to influence the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedbackAnalyze marketing metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize go-to-market efforts.What You Need6-8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise SoftwareHealthcare industry knowledge and experience is highly preferredProven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies and product launchesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling storiesProficiency in creating highly visually-appealing marketing assets such as pitch decks, brochures , and sales collateralData-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decision-making and measure marketing impactStrong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsMust be willing to overlap working hours with US Pacific Time ZoneBachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferredWe offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.Here’s What We OfferGenerous Paid Time Off: Recharge and relax with 22 days of fixed time off per year, in addition to company holidays—because we believe work-life balance fuels performance.Best-in-Class Parental Leave: Spend quality time with your growing family.
