In addition, there are several pantries onsite, a game room with snacks and kegerators, and guest food truck appearances. This is a fantastic role for someone who is creative and passionate about executing service flawlessly.RESPONSIBILITIES:Experience managing a restaurant team of frontline and managers.Financial acumen, experience with creating and managing budgets.Experience training and directing a talented and diverse novation and ability to grow revenue and manage cost.Customer driven and strong track record in organizational development.Superior client relations skills and executive presence.The ideal candidate has experience in catering/events, as well as high volume cafes/restaurants.This individual should be extremely organized and adept at juggling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.Experience with employee engagement and continual training programs is also a plus.Accurate and timely reporting will also be a big component to this role and therefore diligent record keeping will be of utmost importance in the success of this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
