TEAM LEAD - Senior Research Associate - AI

Work Location: USA Remote (Prefer PST Time Zone)Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pmPay Rate: $27 - $35 /hr DOE & locationThe Senior Research Associate is focused on the delivery of projects/tasks, driven by KPIs, while managing the performance of the team whose primary function is to train an AI engine.You will be working on training AI to interact with humans in entirely new ways, and you’ll be responsible for helping the AI learn how to best collaborate with humans by interacting with a variety of software tools.As part of this role, you will leverage your skills and background to establish processes, and manage, train and mentor junior team members. You will own a specific area, and be accountable for deliverables, quality, and overall processes for the area.Responsibilities:Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentLead and manage team members in execution of projects/tasksSet targets for the team (KPIs) for projectsMonitor progress against KPIsAttend daily stand-ups with ClientTroubleshoot (reproduce) errors and answer questions for the teamPerform quality auditsContribute to the completion of the daily and weekly reportsDevelop and implement new processes within identified areas of ownershipTrain junior team members on processes and best practicesOwn deliverables ensuring tasks are completed on time with quality for area of ownership, including team members contributing within that area of ownershipThink strategically about end-to-end processes and how to improve themIdentify risks in processes and recommend solutions or alternatives to mitigateLearn new software programs on the jobKeywords provides a competitive compensation package, good benefits, and a casual, fun, productive, and supportive working environment.
