Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Global Products and Initiatives team is responsible for the consumer payments product portfolio, including products like Credit, Debit, Visa Flex Credential, and Visa Payment Passkey. We are seeking a Director of Operations who will play a critical role in enabling the organization to deliver against our global product roadmap.This role will report to the VP of Strategic Initiatives and Operations and work closely with the SVP of Global Products and Initiatives and leaders across Product, Finance, Risk and People.The individual will be responsible for strategic planning, business operations, planning cycles and team communications ensuring the team runs effectively and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational and Team OperationsLead quarterly business reviews, delivery reviews, and portfolio management updates across Global Product and Initiatives and adjacent organizationsRun annual operating plan and resource prioritizationManage Objective and Key Results development, tracking and reportingSupport internal audits and product roadmap review sessionsCoordinate with product managers, regional teams and cross-functional stakeholdersDevelop and maintain business performance dashboardsManage Jira Align hygiene and other systems that support product initiative tracking and deliveryCommunications and CultureManage internal team communications, including facilitating team town hallsDevelop and implement engagement strategies to promote culture, recognition, and retention across the teamThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 8 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree or 3 years relevant work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhDStrong background in business operations, strategic planning, or program management. Payments experience a plusProven success running team operating cadences in large, matrixed organizationsExperience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing leadership presentations and communicationsHigh degree of autonomy and ownership and ability to execute with limited oversightStrategic and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and project executionAbility to influence across functions and levels with a collaborative, team-first mindsetAdditional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
