You will define and drive the long-term product strategy, prioritize feature development, and ensure delivery of highly impactful, customer-centric AI solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and grow a high-performing team of product managers responsible for AI-enabled security and intelligence products on Android devicesDefine and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise mobility and AI innovationPartner closely with engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market teams to bring intelligent mobile features to marketRepresent the voice of enterprise customers and end-users, ensuring AI products deliver measurable value and world-class experiencesDrive development of on-device AI capabilities focused on enabling Intelligence and Security based featuresIdentify and prioritize new product opportunities at the intersection of AI, mobile security, and enterprise managementCollaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, validate feasibility, and guide the implementation of machine learning models on-deviceAnalyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product directionEngage directly with key enterprise customers and partners to gather insights, define pain points, and refine product offeringsHelp shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new AI-based features and solutions, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer SuccessQualifications / Required SkillsEngineering degree in EE, CS or similar (Masters or MBA preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience12+ years of product management experience8+ years in leadership roles, ideally in enterprise mobility, security, or AI-driven productsProven success delivering AI-enabled mobile solutions, particularly for the Android platform in enterprise settingsHighly experienced in leading 0 to 1 product initiatives, validating product-market-fit and driving such innovations to scalable market releasesDeep understanding of mobile security, device management, AI/ML technologies, and on-device intelligence frameworksStrong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineers and data scientistsExcellent leadership, team building, and communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale product launchesExperience defining product roadmaps and go-to-market plans in highly regulated or security-sensitive environmentsStrong customer orientation and ability to translate complex needs into scalable, intuitive solutionsAble to travel internationally (≤25%)CompensationOur total rewards programs are designed to motivate and engage exceptional talent.
