GoFundMe is looking for a Lead People Partner to partner closely with our Product and Technology function to shape a high-performance, values-driven culture. In this high-impact role you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that align people and business strategy, and act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent to senior leaders. Your ability to translate business needs into people strategies will directly influence organizational effectiveness, scalability, and long-term growth.We are seeking candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area who can come to the office 2+ times per week.ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level guidance across key HR disciplines, including organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, legal compliance, leadership development, and cultural transformation.Build strong partnerships with senior technical leadership to drive change, influence decision-making, and embed talent strategy into business planning enabling them to thrive through your thoughtful guidance and coachingDrive the HR vision and execution of people strategies to deliver positive resultsServe as a link between management and employees and provide HR support and coaching to all levels of the organizationProactively assess and execute on talent management strategies to support individual and team growth and developmentProvide high-impact coaching to senior managers and emerging leaders. Support leadership capability building and development planning across teams and functionsProvide day-to-day coaching to management on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultationTranslate business unit trends into organizational actions and prioritiesPartner with stakeholders on the People and Workplace Team to facilitate HR processes and ensure operational excellenceProvide counsel regarding human resource and employee issues with management and employees. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
