Elevating every aspect of our marketing efforts is critical in this planned ramp-up.Job SummaryAs a Technical Account Manager – Analytics, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of Edge’s analytics products for financial institutions. You will work directly with customers to configure solutions, interpret risk analytics, and ensure a seamless go-live. This role requires experience in consumer lending, including underwriting, risk, and loan origination workflows, to bridge the gap between our technology and our clients’ operational needs.You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver measurable results for our customers and ensure long-term adoption of our solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead onboarding and configuration of Edge's analytics platform for new customers, ensuring alignment with lending and underwriting workflowsInterpret complex financial datasets (income, balances, transaction data) and deliver actionable insights to credit, risk, and compliance stakeholdersTranslate technical data concepts into plain language for executives and frontline lending teamsConduct configuration testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize workflowsCollaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to identify and escalate bugs, edge cases, and enhancement opportunitiesCreate customer-facing guides, onboarding documentation, and best practicesPartner with Sales and Customer Success to support pilots, expansions, and strategic accountsRequirements:3-5 years of hands-on experience in consumer lending, banking, or fintech, with a strong focus on underwriting, risk analytics, or loan operationsAdvanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and analyze large datasetsProven track record in a customer-facing implementation, technical account management, or solutions consultant roleStrong communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiencesDemonstrated ability to interpret and work with structured financial dataExperience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Python, Postman, and JIRA is a plusFamiliarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plusA growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning in a scaling startupBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageFun, fast-paced work environmentDynamic start-up cultureAbility to make an immediate impact in a growth stage companyConvenient downtown Chicago office located in the heart of the cityEqual opportunity employerIMPORTANT NOTICE:Please carefully review communications to ensure that they are from the official Breezy applicant tracking platform (@) or an official NinjaHoldings brand email: @, @, @, or @.
