OverviewJoin GardaWorld as a Site Manager! As a Site Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a security site, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. You/'ll manage security personnel, coordinate with clients, handle incidents, and maintain compliance with security protocols. Your role includes scheduling staff, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues promptly.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee the site/'s schedule, payroll, attendance, guard performance, and vehicle maintenance.Coach, counsel, and issue corrective action as needed.Work with and communicate directly with the Site Client and Client Service Manager to ensure operational satisfaction.Provide training to new and current guards on monthly training and new protocols set by the client.Ensure guards are clocking in/out accurately.Management role requires strong technology skills, written skills, front desk duties, checking in vendors and contractors.
