HSS SOFT is an Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerJob DescriptionNeed Senior BPM PEGA consultantLocation: Hoboken, NJ, United StatesFULLTIMEOverviewPerform workflow development and design activities to support the client's applications and ensuring the highest software standards.ResponsibilitiesTo design and develop applications based on Pega 5.5 and Pega 6.3.Apply development skills and technology during developmentDesign, develop, prototype, and test of the required subsystem and its interface to the systemManage the day-to-day activities working with a small team of software developersInterface with project stakeholders to ensure that the system objectives are balanced with overall project objectivesProvide design ideas to the leadership of the project teamRepresent the team as requiredAssist management in the development of design policies and procedures which improve the ability to meet requirementsCommunicate with peers and supervisors routinely, document work, meetings, and decisionsWork within a Project Team environmentUnderstand and promote the quality policyMaintain technical skills and awareness of technical improvementsQualificationsShould have in depth hands on experience on Pega 5.5 and Pega 6.3.Should have very good communication and client facing skills.Understanding the business requirements and interpret the requirements from Pega PRPC perspectiveSupport the client communications with both business and architecture teams for functional clarifications and design discussions respectivelyAbility to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environmentShould be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-playerPassionate about building high-quality systemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills able to identify alternatives, presenting options, and making recommendations to meet the projects goalsGood Problem solving abilitiesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
