Hyundai Translead is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company Korea, based in San Diego, CA, with manufacturing facilities in Tijuana, Mexico.What you will be doing:The Sr. SAP SD Business Process Analyst will analyze, define, and develop sales and distribution (SD) business processes within SAP ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Responsibilities include assessing requirements, implementing new processes, evaluating existing ones, and recommending improvements. You will partner with business owners and management on strategic initiatives, perform data analysis, and research industry best practices. Additional duties include:Develop, implement, and maintain SAP SD, LE, MM, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systemsConfigure functions and workflows for ERP integrationDefine requirements, scope, and translate into solutionsCollaborate with IT, external consultants, and stakeholdersCreate user guides, training materials, and documentationResearch, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP issuesAnalyze business systems and workflowsSupport ERP ECC improvements and S/4HANA migration preparationsDevelop architectural and process documentation for Sales ERP, BPM, and BPMLMaintain SAP ERP functional documentationWhat we require from you:Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience8+ years of SAP ERP consulting, development, and operation experience, focusing on manufacturing, machinery, or logistics5+ years of SAP SD functional experience (pricing, order processing, ATP, billing, logistics)2+ years of ABAP programming experienceExperience with SAP S/4HANA migration and new SD functionalitiesHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMExperience in Business Process Re-engineering in manufacturing or logisticsGood communication skills (oral and written)Occasional travel may be requiredCertifications (Preferred):SAP ERP SD Module CertificationSalary range: $98,060 to $151,008Additional questions:Are you authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship?Will you require sponsorship now or in the future?What is your desired salary?Availability for interviews?Earliest start date?Have you interviewed with Hyundai previously?Reason for leaving your current/last position?Reliable transportation to work?Willing to relocate if not local? #J-18808-Ljbffr
