MinUSD $55,000.00/Yr.MaxUSD $60,000.00/Yr.Position OverviewPosition Summary:The Substance Use Counselorprovides substance use services and consultation as a member of the clinic.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for integrating dual-recovery treatmentWorks with both mental health and substance abuse in conjunction with the tasks of other team members.Conducts assessments for substance abuse servicesConducts treatments in conjunction with the other team membersResponsible for the recipients and for charting servicesResponsible portion or all of creating the service planResponsible for ensuring revisions to the plan as the participant’s needs changeAdvocating for the rights and preferences of the participant whenever possibleWill be on an on-call rotation and will back up the social workerQualificationsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s requiredCASAC 1 or CASAC 2Must have one or more years’ experience working with dually diagnosed individuals including the delivery of integrated servicesMust have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in MS Word/ExcelAbility to research material via the internetBilingual English/Spanish a plusID2024-15908 #J-18808-Ljbffr
