This role is the conductor of our creative marketing orchestra — connecting strategy with execution across content, creative, and communications.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage Janji’s content calendar across seasons and channelsIdeate and brief creative assets for production in partnership with our in-house and freelance teamsProject manage the content creation process from campaign ideation to asset creation to execution across channelsOversee day-to-day communications on Instagram, email, and Collaborate cross-functionally with product, digital advertising, community, athlete, and e-commerce team members to bring impactful and cohesive campaigns to lifeTrack, analyze, and respond to marketing KPIs to drive maximum business impactQualificationsHas 6+ years experience in brand marketing, social media, or creative project managementIs a natural communicator and highly organizedHas experience with people management and team leadershipBrings a passion for storytelling, running, and the outdoors #J-18808-Ljbffr
