OverviewELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION SITE VICE PRESIDENT (REMOTE + TRAVEL)Top Priority SearchDelta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm representing the nation’s leading electrical, mechanical, and general contractors. We have been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Executive Vice President – Mission Critical. This is a remote-based leadership role with significant travel and onsite pensation & BenefitsBase Salary: Approx. $300,000Per Diem: $5,000–$7,000 / month (based on project city cost of living)Travel & Relocation Expenses: Covered by employerRelocation Expectation: Ideally, candidate relocates to project city for 18–24 monthsHome Travel Schedule: Two 3-day weekends per month (flexible depending on candidate)On-Site Presence: Daily involvement required, including regular visits to corporate HQ or satellite offices early in employmentEquity: May be discussed privately at employer’s discretion (not mentioned to candidates)Executive Vice President Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee operations for complex mission critical construction projects nationwideGuide and support regional operations teams and project leadershipMaintain full accountability for project execution, staffing, P&L, and resource planningEngage in high-level client relationships, negotiations, and strategic planningMentor and develop senior project leaders and field teamsEnsure consistent communication and alignment across project teams, executive leadership, and field operationsEstablish operational strategy and performance KPIs for large-scale construction effortsParticipate actively at job sites and corporate offices to maintain executive leadership visibilityExecutive Vice President Qualifications15+ years of experience in electrical or general construction operations, with at least 5+ years in an executive leadership roleProven success delivering mega projects ($100M+), especially in mission critical / data center environmentsStrong client-facing and team leadership skills across both office and field personnelAbility to manage operations remotely while maintaining an on-site leadership presenceBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
