Position RequirementsApplication DevelopmentABAP Skills: Strong ABAP development skills and hands-on technical skills (Adobe Forms, Enhancements such as BADI’s, User Exits, Conversions (LTMC, LSMW, BDC), Interfaces (Web Services, File, etc.), Workflow, ALE (IDOCS, EDI), BAPI’s and Function Modules).Strong understanding of Object-Oriented concepts and extensive experience with Object Oriented ABAP development and programming.Experience with S/4 HANA and strong understanding of S/4 concepts and technologies.Strong understanding of SAP Technical Best Practices.Work with Functional Consultants and Clients to obtain technical requirements.Develop Technical Architecture Design of interfaces based on best practices.Collaborate with other technical developers to develop interfaces between separate systems.Peer code reviews.Unit and Integration testing of applications.Creation and maintenance of technical specifications.Address error handling, monitoring and automation of interfaces. Systems Development, Operations and Technical SupportIn conjunction with the support team, ensure stabilization of current applications and introduction of new modules as appropriate.Provide second level support meeting IT service levels and standards, and business expectations.Support information systems to operate according to internal standards, external accrediting agencies and legal requirements.Creation and maintenance of operational procedures. Formal EducationUniversity Degree in Computer Science or related area from an accredited institution. Related Experience5+ years of related experience.S/4 HANA experience.Assets: CPI, PI/PO, EDI, file to file, web services, SFTP, OData, REST.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration is an asset. Delivery SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact with SMEs and other project team members in a project setting.Proven teamwork experience in collaborative projects.Dedication, discipline, commitment, grit.Ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.Ability to articulate and present different points of view on various technologies.Time management, flexibility and creativity.University degree in Computer Science or related area.A strong track record of educational success; references are a plus.
