Vice President, Architecture

Job DescriptionThe RoleFidelity Workplace Investments (WI) is seeking a Vice President, Architecture to lead our digital transformation initiatives. You will play a crucial role in developing modern Stock Plan Services recordkeeping platform and promoting the adoption of common WI capabilities such as product configuration, participant data management, and data exchange with clients and partners.As a leader within the architecture team, you will foster innovation, promote standardization, and establish pioneering technology patterns across our systems. You will contribute to the evolution of the product roadmap aligning with business goals and provide leadership in computing services, platform adoption, and initiative consolidation.
