They focus exclusively on large-scale projects (1 GW+), making this an excellent opportunity to strengthen and expand your project portfolio.Position OverviewThey are seeking an M&A Director to join the Company’s Business Development team in Washington DC.Key ResponsibilitiesLead M&A and partnership transactions: source, evaluate, and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures across solar, storage, and digital infrastructure.Drive contract negotiations: structure and negotiate key project agreements (offtake, EPC, procurement) to optimize economics and mitigate execution risk.Manage transaction processes: oversee due diligence, financial modeling, and investment approvals while coordinating with internal teams and senior leadership.Qualifications10+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in comparable roles focused on utility-scale solar and storage projectsProven track record executing transactions across M&A, offtake, and procurement for utility-scale solar and storage projects, serving as either deal lead or key supporting contributorExperience leading third-party negotiations and driving investment decisions through executive- and board-level interactions #J-18808-Ljbffr
