Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center (LHH), is San Francisco's flagship rehabilitation, post-acute, and long-term care facility.As part of the San Francisco Health Network, Laguna Honda collaborates extensively with multiple public health entities within the Department of Public Health, including Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, SFHN primary care, SF Jail Health Services, Whole Person Integrated Care, and SF DPH Department of Behavioral Health.QUALIFICATIONSValid current licensure, Medical Board of California or the Osteopathic Medical Board of CaliforniaCurrent valid Board Certification or eligibility in medical specialty areas including, but not limited to: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, etc.Current valid Drug Enforcement Agency registration with the United States Department of Justice.Applicants possessing a valid license to practice medicine issued from another state within the United States of America may apply, but if selected, the candidate will NOT be appointed / hired until they obtain a valid license to practice medicine issued by the Medical Board of California or the Osteopathic Medical Board of California.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with aging or geriatric populations.Additional training especially in the areas of geriatrics, addiction medicine, palliative care, infectious diseases, and behavioral health, desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
