By applying a marketing-led approach to digital strategy, you will create scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance our Process Solutions. Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to accelerate growth and adoption, making a tangible impact on our customers/' experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Execution, and AdoptionDefine and Lead: Craft a forward-thinking strategy and business plan for Customer Digital Products (CDP) that aligns with customer needs and drives business growth.Translate Vision into Action: Develop annual priorities and integrated marketing plans that boost awareness, engagement, and adoption of our digital products.Empower Excellence: Support product owners in roadmap development, ensuring seamless cross-functional execution and ongoing optimization.Cultivate Innovation: Champion a test-and-learn culture that encourages experimentation and continuous improvement.Team Leadership and Capability BuildingInspire and Motivate: Lead a dynamic team of digital product owners, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and results-oriented performance.Enhance Practices: Establish robust product management practices and scalable processes that enable rapid execution and innovation.Cross-Functional CollaborationBuild High-Performing Teams: Create a culture grounded in customer focus, curiosity, and bold thinking.Connect and Align: Serve as a vital link between Marketing, Franchise, Commercial, IT, and R&D to ensure cohesive architecture, priorities, and product tegrate and Elevate: Collaborate with the Marketing Center (web, UX, content, analytics, campaign) to weave tools into our broader digital engagement strategy.Ensure Value Alignment: Work closely with Pricing to reflect value logic in our digital products and tools.Customer Experience and Platform ThinkingChampion Customer-Centric Design: Advocate for intuitive, accessible tools that align with real customer workflows, enhancing their experience.Embrace Platform Thinking: Develop modular, scalable solutions that enhance the customer journey.Leverage Insights: Utilize customer insights and usage data to inform prioritization and product decisions.Strategic Influence and Growth LeadershipBe a Thought Leader: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing digital investment and platform decisions.Drive Strategic Impact: Represent the digital customer experience across Process Solutions, aligning marketing’s role in driving growth and engagement.Elevate CDP’s Visibility: Promote recognition of CDP as a Marketing Center-led enabler of differentiation, customer loyalty, and commercial success.This role is based out of Burlington, MA but is open to remote work anywhere in the U.S.Who You AreMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, digital media, or a related field.7+ years of experience in digital product management, customer experience, or digital platform leadership.Demonstrated success leading digital products from strategy through adoption at scale.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in a relevant field.10+ years of progressive experience with a strong track record of driving digital product outcomes at scale.Experience in B2B or regulated industries.Background in agile development, UX design principles, and platform integration.Strong influencing and change leadership skills in matrixed, cross-functional environments.What Success Looks LikeProduct owners are empowered, accountable, and continuously learning to deliver meaningful, measurable customer value.Digital tools are designed and delivered with customer needs at the center—driving engagement, satisfaction, and ease of use.A high-performing team culture is in place, built on curiosity, adaptability, and bold thinking.A clear business plan exists for CDP, with annual priorities aligned to marketing plans and growth objectives.The organization sees Customer Digital Products as a strategic enabler of both growth and customer loyalty.Strong collaboration across Franchise, Marketing, Commercial, IT, and Pricing ensures tools are scalable, integrated, and commercially relevant.Pay Range for this position: $186,200 - $303,100The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
