Legal Proposal Analyst

Seeking a Legal Proposal Specialist for a full-time role with a national law firm.Responsibilities:Lead responder for coordinating responses to formal requests (RFx), proposals, and presentations related to pitch opportunities. Manage the process from request to submission, including post-submission debrief and analysis.Assess request requirements, establish, and manage deadlines leading up to proposal submission. Produce effective responses and positioning strategies to help Finnegan win the work.Coordinate information across teams and stakeholders such as Pricing, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Human Resources, Conflicts, and Information Technology.Manage proposal production, ensuring quality and compliance with RFP requirements, including layout and formatting.Ensure pitch submissions are provided to the Business Development Specialist for tracking in the firm’s CRM.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional services experience.2+ years of experience working in a law firm.Technical Skills:Adept with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and video-conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx).SharePoint experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
