OverviewInvestment Banking Analyst - Software at Santander Bank, N.A.As an Analyst in Investment Banking Coverage, you will play a critical role in supporting deal execution, financial analysis, and client relationship management. ResponsibilitiesProvides support to senior bankers.Develop client presentation materials, including background research, analysis and drafting.Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.Perform detailed valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, trading comparable, transaction comparable and LBO analyses.Support product partners and monitor the entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies. QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.Work ExperienceExperience in Technology Investment Banking, preferably in Software, 1+ year.Skills And AbilitiesDemonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference for experience in Software.Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Team player and self-starter.
