Base pay range$175,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yrOverviewWe are seeking an Executive HR/COO leader with law firm experience and a passion for people, strategy, and growth. This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the executive leadership level of a multi-office law firm.About the RoleAs part of the executive team, you will oversee operations across 12 offices, supporting a team of 120 total employees.
