Corus International continues to expand and innovate within the international development space, working closely with communities to implement sustainable and equitable initiatives.About this RoleThe Managing Director of Ground Up Investing is responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the company. This role involves close collaboration with the GUI team and Corus leadership to ensure alignment and growth. The Managing Director will be pivotal in developing partnerships and managing relationships with stakeholders both internal and external. The role will require innovative thinking and strategic planning to identify new investment opportunities. The Managing Director will also need to coordinate with the Investment Advisory Committee to realize the organization’s objectives. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and managerial skills to lead GUI toward its mission of impact-driven investing in frontier markets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the strategic plan for Ground Up Investing.Collaborate with Corus’s leadership team and GUI’s Investment Advisory Committee.Identify new funding partner opportunities.Develop and manage internal and external relationships.Ensure growth and achievement of the company’s goals.Align strategic objectives and realize business synergies.RequirementsCompelling commercial background.Experience in strategic leadership and novative and creative strategy development skills.Strong leadership, influence, and managerial skills.Excellent communication skills.Confident and goal-oriented.BenefitsCompetitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $230,000 USD.Opportunity to work with an innovative social impact organization.Engage in meaningful work to transform agrifood systems.Collaborate with a consortium of specialized non-profit and for-profit entities for greater impact.Participate in a dynamic and growing international organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
