Multi-Family Construction/Development Group is currently seeking a Business Development Director. This position will report to the Vice President of Business Operations Construction.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Seek out, establish, and maintain new and current client relationshipsConduct due diligence on clientsDetermine status of design, permitting, and timing of potential projectsStay active during the entire lifecycle of the project (planning, preconstruction, construction, post-construction)Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a Civil related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology) preferred, or equivalent work experience7+ years of experience in multifamily or wood frame construction projects with 3+ years specifically in business development or an equivalent role.Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
