In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerforms a key role supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of Plumbing & HVAC constructionWorks with and supports Field supervisorsAttends project meetings as necessaryResponsible for keeping project logs updated and currentPrices change ordersHandles all aspects of RFI’s (Request For Information) in conjunction with Project ManagerAssists in Submittal processAssists in procurement processWorks with BIM department in a support role, attends BIM coordination meetings as necessaryDownloads project files and distributes to team membersManages responses from design team and distributes to team membersAssists in developing Man-loading charts in conjunction with foreman and SuperintendentsEnsures timeliness of submissions to ContractorAssists Project Manager in project projection processPerforms printing and copying tasks as needed and directedQualifications & RequirementsMechanical, business degree, or related plumbing or mechanical systems experienceExcellent communication skillsComputer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word and ProjectAble to listen and follow through on directions providedDesire to work in a team environment while learning on the jobEducation:B.S. in construction engineering managementB.S. in construction managementB.S. in Mechanical engineeringBenefits Offered401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
