This is a full-time on-site position.Major Position ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes, develops, and evaluates systems, as well as improving and maintaining current systems or creating new projects.Applies engineering techniques and analyses within the scope of the assignment.Recommends operational plans with a direct impact on municates with senior leadership on strategic matters, including constructing and presenting status briefings on technical challenges.Collaborates with third-party resources, site leadership, and other departments to develop comprehensive solutions for operations, production, or maintenance issues related to local production or test failures.Basic QualificationsAssociate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.5-7 years of experience.Leadership skills and ability to foster teamwork.Strong oral and written communication skills.Technical expertise.Pay Range (USD)$103,642 - $192,478Pay Transparency StatementThe salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
