Here at QuantalRF, you will find an environment with a strong focus on innovation, and the freedom to make meaningful contributions in a setting that encourages creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.We are now looking for an experienced RF power amplifier (PA) design engineer to play a key technical role in the development of our emerging portfolio of single-chip Wi-Fi 7 front-ends in CMOS SOI technology with industry leading power efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the feasibility study, design, simulation, and layout of power amplifiers in our front-ends using state-of-the-art simulations tools.Required Qualifications:Master’s degree and 8+ years of related work experienceStrong analogue circuit design skills, and experience performing analysis and simulation of both linear and non-linear circuits for power amplifiers and other related RF circuit blocksKnowledge about CMOS and/or Bipolar Silicon technologiesWireless communications knowledge: OFDM/OFDMA, 802.11, 4G and 5GStrong teamwork and communication skillsProficiency in Cadence schematic capture, layout and simulation toolsExperience in EM simulations using tools such as EMX, RFPro/Momentum and/or HFSSProven track record in the design of power amplifiers for cellular or Wi-Fi applicationsDesirable Skills and Experience:12+ years of experience with PhD degree is preferredExperience with various PA linearization techniques including digital pre-distortionUnderstanding and knowledge of concepts such as envelope tracking, tunable front-end components, and impedance tuningLab experience to perform IC characterization and debuggingKnowledge of data analysis and proficiency in software tools such as MATLAB and PythonWhat is offered:Working with innovative technologyDynamic, fun, and cool startup working environmentA world-class RFIC team, with tremendous potential for creativity and ownershipOpportunity to be a key contributor, with equity at an early company stageDo you have at least 8 years of Wi-Fi or Cellular Power Amplifier experience?Are you legally able to work in the United States? #J-18808-Ljbffr
