Overview We are seeking a Human System Integration Engineer IV to join our team near the Washington, DC Navy Yard. Upon award, the ideal candidate will: Provide integrated and comprehensive analysis, design, and assessment of requirements, concepts, and resources for human factors engineering, manpower, personnel, training, safety and occupational health, force protection and survivability, and habitability. Ensure human performance is optimized to increase total system performance and minimize total system ownership costs. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in engineering, physical science, or mathematics or a related filed preferred. Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience; 15+ years of relevant experience preferred. Relevant Human Systems Integration (HSI) engineering experience related R&D, T&E, and systems acquisition programs; Human Systems Integration (HSI) engineering experience related R&D, T&E, and systems acquisition programs for Navy shipbuilding and defense systems preferred.
