OverviewOrthodontic Clinical EducatorPosition Overview: Seeking a dedicated orthodontist with experience in pediatric craniofacial orthodontics. Join Stanford’s Craniofacial service as a part-time Clinician Educator Faculty member in the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.ResponsibilitiesClinical duties: consults, diagnostic analyses, and devising treatment plans; provide full-scope pre- and post-surgical care, periodic follow-up adjustments, and retention for non-acute pediatric patients with craniofacial and airway anomalies at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford.Teaching duties: educate the craniofacial orthodontic clinical instructor and serve as the primary liaison to rotating medical students and plastic surgery residents for research and clinical coordination.QualificationsCalifornia dental pleted orthodontic residency with Board certification by the American Board of Orthodontics.Highly competent in treating jaw deformities, facial asymmetry, misalignment of the teeth and jaws, and dentofacial anomalies orthodontically and with surgery, including experience developing comprehensive treatment plans requiring surgical pensationThe expected pay range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000 per annum.
