The successful candidate will originate and service CRE & C&I loans, assist senior officers with larger and complex loans, and provide customer service as needed.This position offers a salary up to $170K plus an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position)Responsibilities include:Developing and managing commercial loan accounts for profitability and risk management.Soliciting new commercial clients through calls, referrals, and cross-selling.Maintaining COIs and attending networking events in the area.Generating various commercial and real estate loans.Contributing to deposit growth through cross-selling.Analyzing creditworthiness and current credit status of clients.Reviewing title reports or surveys for risks.Assessing financial and property data to determine loan feasibility.Meeting with applicants to gather information and answer questions.Guiding loans through approval and closing processes.Promoting bank products and services.Representing the bank in the community through professional involvement.Who Are You?You seek to influence your development and pursue your passions. You view a job title as a starting point for growth, not a final definition of yourself.Required skills and experience:Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, or related field (preferred).Seven+ years of lending or credit support experience focused on business relationships.Proven ability to generate CRE and C&I loans of $12MM–$15MM annually.Credit training and underwriting experience (preferred).Experience analyzing financial statements.Knowledge of the Austin, TX market (preferred).Familiarity with sales, loan processing, and closing processes.Extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products, including C&I and CRE loans.Understanding of federal and state banking regulations.Ability to grow loans, relationships, and cross-sell products.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Outlook, Word, and terested candidates should email their current resume and the position they are considering to us. #J-18808-Ljbffr
