Sodexo is seeking a Director, Program Activation to join our Supply Management team. This virtual role is focused on implementing and driving supply chain programs across our Schools segment, ensuring that contracted products are not only available but also successfully adopted. The Director will play a critical role in aligning supply chain strategies with the segment’s goals, driving compliance, optimizing spend and delivering value to K-12 clients nationwide.What You'll DoKey responsibilities include:Responsible for all aspects of supply chain program activation for the Schools segment.Align with Schools strategy to direct and manage the team in support of overall compliance, growth and financial outcomes.Directs Schools supply management activities in the development and implementation of formulaic strategic plans and optimization of total category spend for the Schools segment.Defines and maintains segment product specifications to address portfolio gaps and ensure availability of Schools consumer needs.Lead the segment and contracted vendor partners through the K-12 USDA Foods and Entitlement Funds annual process ensuring appropriate allocation and spend of approximately $20M in commodities.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
