About Atomic SemiAtomic Semi is building a small, fast semiconductor fab.It’s already possible to build this with today’s technology and a few simplifications. We’ll build the tools ourselves so we can quickly iterate and improve.We’re building a small team of exceptional, hands-on engineers to make this happen. Mechanical, electrical, hardware, computer, and process. We’ll own the stack from atoms to architecture. Our team is optimistic about the future and we want to continue pushing the limits of technology.Smaller is better. Faster is better. Building it ourselves is better.We believe our team and lab can build anything. We’ve set up 3D printers, a wide array of microscopes, e-beam writers, general fabrication equipment - and whatever is missing, we’ll just invent along the way.Atomic was founded by Sam Zeloof and Jim Keller. Sam is best known for making chips in his garage, and Jim has been a leader in the semiconductor industry for the past 40 years.About the roleWe’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll work with our fractional Head of Talent, Technical Recruiter, and our University Recruiter to execute the recruiting lifecycle end-to-end and play a crucial role in building the future of Atomic Semi. This position offers significant ownership and impact from day one, with potential growth into a leadership role as our team expands. The ideal candidate can independently execute full life cycle recruiting for highly technical engineering skill sets at pace with minimal ramp, operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.ResponsibilitiesExecute full-cycle recruiting for technical and G&A positions across the company in a fast-paced startup environmentOperate as a strategic hiring partner to hiring managers and executives that helps define hiring criteria, calibrate the role, and make confident hiring decisionsDeliver an exceptional and genuine candidate experience that conveys our employee value proposition and enables candidates to make an informed decision about joining our teamReview applications in Ashby (ATS) + source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry networksSchedule interviews, support onsite interviews, and coordinate with our scheduling teamExtend offers according to our compensation philosophy and policiesLead and develop our university recruiting initiativesRequired Experience2+ years of proven track record in technical recruitingDemonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruitingExcellence in candidate experience and closingStrategic mindset and ability to partner with senior leadershipStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsNice-to-haveExperience with startup equity discussions and negotiations #J-18808-Ljbffr
