Senior Full-Stack Application Developer Job ID#: 25-2208 Location: Baltimore, MD Overview Navitas is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Application Developer with over 10 years of enterprise experience in .NET and Java web application development. The successful candidate will support mission-critical applications in criminal justice and healthcare systems, leveraging expertise in C#, SQL Server, TFS, IIS, and system integrations. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert, providing development, administrative support, troubleshooting, and compliance oversight in both Agile and Waterfall environments. What You’ll Do Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level .NET and Java web applications. Provide full-stack support including database design, system integration, and advanced troubleshooting. Serve as administrator and SME for systems including: NextGen EHR MI-Case Offender Case Management System (OCMS) Maryland Criminal Justice Dashboard Computerized Criminal History (CCH) Systems OpenText RightFax (v22.2+) and Quality Center Manage Microsoft SQL Server environments (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, ETL). Administer Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control and build management. Configure and maintain IIS and Windows Servers, ensuring performance and security compliance. Investigate, reproduce, and resolve complex issues reported by end-users. Ensure applications meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements. Support cross-functional collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and updates. Contribute across the SDLC, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. What You’ll Need 10+ years of enterprise-level .NET, Java, and C# development experience. 7+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, ETL). 3+ years as an administrator for the NextGen EHR system. 3–5 years of Team Foundation Server (TFS) management experience. Experience with systems such as OCMS, CCH, and Criminal Justice Dashboards. Proficiency with OpenText RightFax (v22.2+) and OpenText Quality Center. Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. Strong IIS administration and Windows Server expertise. Familiarity with data warehousing, schema design, and ETL processes. Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Experience supporting government or public sector clients. Set Yourself Apart Experience with regulated environments requiring strict security and compliance. Prior experience delivering training and supporting large-scale rollouts. Demonstrated leadership in cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Microsoft or related technical certifications.
