The Security Specialist will provide direct security support to a robust classified program requiring enhanced security processes and procedures. The position requires a self-motivated candidate who can work independently or in a team environment. The candidate will partner with the program team to develop and implement security processes and procedures. Work within a collaborative team environment and take independent action to analyze problems and provide focused solutions, communicating effectively to various audiences. Leverage expertise with US government security policies and procedures as it relates to the personnel security program. What You’ll Do Provide dedicated program security support on assigned classified contracts, including personnel and physical security for program personnel, spaces, and activities Ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and applicable customer-specific security requirements Engage and advise the Program Security Lead on security initiatives by identifying issues that potentially impact business operations Assist in the preparation of transportation and various security plans, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), for the movement, transportation, delivery, storage, and operation of classified information and hardware to domestic locations Assist Program Security Lead with creating and executing a robust and comprehensive security education program for program personnel Report and investigate security incidents specific to the assigned program and recommend mitigations to the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and program security lead Develop, implement and administer an Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations Assist the mission assurance team with deploying classified systems in secure spaces Assist the FSO in managing semi-annual alarm/guard response testing, physical security checks and onsite tasks as needed; maintain cleared/uncleared visitor logs and perform entry and exit inspections Provide employees with personnel security guidance as mandated by SEAD 3 reporting requirements and assist with managing new employee clearance requests and updates Coordinate classified meetings requiring VARs; liaison between Security Services and Anduril meeting hosts to facilitate meetings Required Qualifications High school diploma and five years of industrial security-related experience Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to achieve goals and targets while handling multiple tasks Experience with conducting security briefings and debriefings and ability to clearly explain security processes and procedures Experience implementing multiple security disciplines to include Personnel, Physical, Communications and Operations Security programs and requirements Ability to communicate and interact professionally and courteously both orally and in writing with all levels of employees, management and customers Reliable attendance and punctuality; Anduril is an in-person office Must possess a current U.S. TS/SCI security clearance Salary and Benefits US Salary Range $114,000 — $171,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
