If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice.Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure cloud infrastructure using TerraformDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) scripts to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resourcesWork closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure cloud solutions meet business and technical requirementsImplement best practices for cloud architecture, focusing on scalability, high availability, and fault toleranceEnsure robust security measures are implemented across all cloud environments in compliance with industry standards and regulationsOptimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliabilityDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment of cloud infrastructureCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, processes, and proceduresQualifications:A minimum of five years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and TerraformBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud services and architectureExtensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automationStrong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similarExperience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or PythonIn-depth understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environmentsFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application InsightsAzure Certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferredApplicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearanceKPMG complies with all local and state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
