Technology Transactions Attorney (AM Law 100)3-4 days per week in officeRole:You will support the firm’s technology-focused clients, including startups, established tech companies, and enterprises across industries, in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements.Responsibilities:Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements, including software licenses, SaaS (Software as a Service) agreements, technology transfer agreements, development contracts, and reseller/distribution agreements.IP Transactions: Assist in structuring and documenting transactions involving intellectual property, such as patent licenses, trademark assignments, and copyright agreements.Data Privacy & Security: Advise on data use, protection, and compliance in agreements, including drafting data processing addenda (DPAs), terms of service, and privacy policies aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and other mercial Agreements: Support the drafting and review of NDAs, master services agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and vendor contracts with a technology focus.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar (or eligibility to waive in).2+ years of experience in technology transactions, commercial contracts, or IP law, ideally within a law firm or in-house at a technology company.
