The opportunityDelaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an experienced Director of Retail to join our team at Grand Canyon National Park in Grand Canyon, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful and profitable retail operations at Grand Canyon National Park. Our ideal candidate is experienced at creating and executing on retail strategies for multi-unit operations.PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 - $140,500 / yearIn addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
