This is a very hands-on role, expected to spend time in the Field with your team, customers, prospects, and other key strategic relationships while working with operations and support partners to exceed customer expectations.Job LocationThis is a remote role. Candidates must be located in one of our major markets in the Western Region, ideally Denver, CO.Job ResponsibilitiesProfessionalize the Company's Sales function; own the financial targets for Sales performance (organic growth), new customer acquisition and Margin Contribution. Ensure these goals are met or exceededDevelop and maintain strategies to drive profitable growth and provide world-class service to our customersManage key customer accounts in partnership with Regional and Territory reps and assist in growing the revenue and customer baseTop-Grade the Sales organization. Identify top performers and those needing training, development, or improvement plansIdentify and develop future sales leaders, and gaps in markets where sales or service support is requiredAssist with sales presentations to all key customers/prospects.
