Pictures, CNN, and Eurosport deserve pristine video and audio to fully immerse viewers in the compelling TV, Movies, Sports, and News that we deliver every day to eager viewers.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute company's IT strategy aligned with business goals.Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems to support operations and achieve strategic objectives.Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives.Collaborate with company executives to identify opportunities for technology to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in IT and data security.Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.Required Experience15+ years of progressive leadership experience in information technology, with at least 5 years in a senior IT executive role.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise system implementations.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree (MBA or MS in Information Technology) strongly dustry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.Experience in [insert industry, e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing] is highly desirable.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX, depending on industry.How We Get Things DoneThis last bit is probably the most important!
