In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and other leaders to test and scale product changes that connect millions of creators on the platform to the growing value VSCO provides today.We are seeking someone ready to make VSCO the ultimate home for photographers by bringing entrepreneurial spirit, strong problem-solving skills, and authentic self to the job every day. As our Growth PM, you’ll lead initiatives that optimize our core revenue streams and collaborate with users, Marketing, Finance, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to grow VSCO to the next order of magnitude while deepening the love people have for our brand.This role blends thoughtful application of best practices, innovative thinking, and user-centered feature development. You’ll operate at strategic and tactical levels, turning data and intuition into a cohesive product experience that creators love from the start.The day-to-dayWork with a lean, cross-functional team to expand paid users across our user base.Drive a portfolio of product bets that help users discover value and convert across offerings.Oversee hypothesis-led experiments and features that accelerate growth.Guide and inspire cross-functional corporate data, research, and best practices into recommendations.Regularly speak with customers to gather insights and inform direction.Collaborate with other leaders to ensure cohesion across the VSCO experience.Proactively track progress with stakeholders and manage prioritization to address risks and dependencies.Qualifications6+ years of product management experience.Proven track record of driving revenue and user growth through product-led growth strategies and experiments.Ability to define and communicate strategic direction, align stakeholders, and drive cohesive execution with measurable outcomes.Strong metrics mindset—monitoring how work creates business and user value.Deep empathy and understanding of UX/UI best practices; know when to follow patterns and when to push boundaries.Clear, concise spoken and written communication; natural storyteller.Ability to move fast in a startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity.Strong partnering skills with cross-functional teammates; know when to collaborate vs. lead.Strong prioritization skills with good instincts for trade-offs and a focus on outcomes and quality.Thrives in fast-paced environments where resourcefulness is essential.Nice to haveExperience in creator tools or collaboration platforms.Understanding of photography basics.Remote work with offices in SF and terest in in-person events to connect and petitive salary and equity, medical/dental/vision insurance, flexible time off, and family-friendly pensationThe base salary for this position varies based on experience, location, and leveling. The base salary range is $190,000 - $205,000. This role also includes equity and discretionary bonuses based on performance.Benefits include flexible time off, 401K, medical/dental/vision/life, short and long-term disability, and 11 paid holidays. Paid sick time is provided as required by law.
