You will:Engineer Next-Gen Workflows: Develop and implement automated solutions on advanced liquid handlers to support DNA/RNA extraction, Next-Gen Sequencing (NGS) library prep, and other molecular novate Across Teams: Partner with R&D, operations, and IT to create high-accuracy, scalable workflows that improve throughput and reliability.Drive Integration: Connect automation platforms with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), ensuring seamless and secure data flow across multiple labs.Advance Clinical Excellence: Contribute to assay development, validation plans, SOPs, and quality documentation to meet CAP/CLIA requirements.Continuously Improve: Lead iterative design, testing, and refinement of automation workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce variability.Be the Expert: Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure long-term reliability of automated systems while mentoring peers and supporting multi-site deployments.What You BringBachelor’s degree in biology, engineering, biotechnology, or related field7+ years of experience developing automated molecular workflows on Hamilton or similar liquid handlersHands-on experience in CAP/CLIA-regulated laboratoriesStrong background in molecular biology techniques, laboratory-developed tests (LDTs), or in vitro diagnostics (IVDs)Proven success collaborating across R&D, clinical, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutionsData-driven mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentInterested in hearing more?
