Our trajectory is one of continuous expansion, emerging at the crossroads of cutting-edge analytics, data proficiency and technology.ResponsibilitiesAct as a Strategic Advisor: Serve as the primary strategic partner for senior client executives, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives, competitive landscape, and operational challenges.Diagnose & Architect Solutions: Identify and qualify high-impact opportunities where Blend360’s AI, data, and analytics solutions can solve critical business challenges. Lead the development of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that articulate a clear vision and tangible business value.Drive Account Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to drive sustainable, long-term growth. Own the account/'s P&L, forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure financial targets are met.Orchestrate Internal Expertise: Collaborate seamlessly with Blend360/'s Practice Leaders and delivery teams to bring the right talent, technology, and offerings to the client, ensuring world-class execution and satisfaction.Lead Executive Engagement: Build and nurture a network of high-level relationships across the client organization, establishing yourself and Blend360 as a go-to partner.Negotiate & Close: Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring contracts deliver optimal value for both the client and Blend360.QualificationsA minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic consulting, business development, or client advisory role, with a demonstrated focus on AI, data science, or advanced analytics solutions.Proven experience as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders, with ability to diagnose complex business problems.An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, "hunter" mentality for uncovering new opportunities within existing client ecosystems.Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills; the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to develop and pitch complex, multi-workstream solutions.Strong business acumen and experience with P&L management, pricing, and contract negotiation.Passionate about impacting clients’ results through data, analytics and technology.Ability to travel to client locations as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
