Senior Manager, Global Mobility at a glanceYou will be responsible for developing and implementing global mobility strategies, programs, and processes that support the company's business objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of global mobility trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead global mobility center of excellence and strategies for all countries the company operatesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across these regionsProvide strategic guidance on mobility matters to business leaders and HR partnersDrive continuous improvement of mobility programs, policies and processesOversee tax and immigration compliance processesDevelop and implement mobility policiesManage vendor relationships and performanceLead stakeholder coordination and communicationDrive program efficiency and cost optimization initiativesEnsure compliance and risk management across tax, payroll, and immigrationLead technology implementation and enhancement projectsDevelop and analyze mobility data analytics and metricsManage mobility-related finance and budgetingMonitor program effectiveness and implement improvements Qualifications5-7 years of Global Mobility experienceMaster's degree in Business, Finance, or Tax preferredThree or more years of supervisory/people management experienceExperience with mobility management technologiesKnowledge of international HR policies and practicesFinancial acumen and budget management experienceStrong understanding of tax and immigration compliance requirements related to global mobilityDemonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretionProven ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in a matrix organizationExperience working across different time zones and managing multiple prioritiesStrong project management and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills CompensationNew Hire Base Salary Range: $118,400.00 - $148,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
