Java Developer

Responsibilities Very Strong Knowledge in Java, j2EE, Drools, XML, Json, REST API, Web services. Develop and implement business rules using the Drools Rules Engine. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design rule-based solutions. Test and validate rules to ensure they function as intended within the application. Maintain and optimize existing rules for performance and accuracy. Document rule definitions and changes for future reference. Proven experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of the Drools Rules Engine and rule-based systems. Experience with business process modeling and business rules management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and result-oriented leader, adept in mentoring and motivating the dynamic team to exemplary performance.
