The Role As our Director of IT, you’ll be the go-to leader responsible for keeping our systems secure, efficient, and scalable. You’ll oversee company-wide technology, data security, facilities, and vendor management, making sure every solution supports our business priorities. A big part of your impact will come from managing and configuring our virtual contact center — from call routing to prioritization — ensuring our customers connect seamlessly with the help they need. You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Business & Product, translating business goals into smart technical execution.
